Report Automation

Hi,

Is there a script that could be used as part of automation to send a report out when an event happens ?

I'm trying to figure out if AD Manager can be setup to automatically send a report of all locked out users when any user locks there account as an early warning system...is this possible ? We don't want to automate the unlocking of the account, just to be notified.

Any ideas ?
