Reports might not get generated when ADManager Plus is not able to collect data from Ad using the credentials configured under Domain Settings.
Follow these steps and check for the details,
1. Login to ADManager Plus
2. Please go to Domain settings --> Edit Domain Details --> Under List of Domain Controller (make sure Local site DC is listed first) -->Authenticate with the domain admins credentials and save the settings
3. Click on Save-->Generate All Users report and check if the issue persists.
