Hi,

Please make sure that you have configured all the domain controllers of your domain within ADManager Plus (Login to ADManager Plus - Domain settings - Edit the domain to view the list of domain controllers that you have added).

If the issue persists even after adding the domain controllers, please drop an e-mail to our tech team and we will be analyzing the issue via a remote session.
